Maintenance tasks include basic carpentry, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work.
Qualifications 1.
Experience and skills in handyman tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and basic vehicle mechanics.
2.
Experience and skills in handyman tasks related to HVAC with HVAC certification preferred.
3.
Experience in pool maintenance with pool operator certification preferred.
4.
Training for pool operator and HVAC certifications offered if needed.
5.
Experience working with power tools and knowledge of their safe operation.
6.
Must have a clean criminal background and clean driving record.
7.
Some evenings and weekends will be required.
Physical Requirements 1.
Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments.
2.
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 100 pounds).
3.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time; ability to bend, kneel, stoop, climb ladders, and lift or move heavy equipment.
4.
Ability to perform moderate physical work.
5.
Ability to work in conditions that create dirt and dust.
